How to Order

Browse & Select Your Product

Visit www.kaguyasu.eu and explore our furniture collections. Use the navigation menu or search bar to find what you're looking for.

Tap any product to open its detail page — view high-resolution photos, dimensions, available variants, and pricing.

Choose Options & Add to Cart

Select your preferred colour, size, or configuration using the variant selector on the product page.

Tap "Add to Cart". A confirmation notification will appear confirming the item has been added to your shopping bag.

Review Your Cart

Tap the cart icon (top-right corner) to open your shopping cart. Here you can:

• Review all selected items and prices
• Adjust quantities with + / − buttons
• Remove items you no longer want

When you're ready, tap "Check Out".

Enter Your Shipping Details

Fill in your delivery information carefully:

• Email address — your confirmation will be sent here
• Full name
• Delivery address (street, city, postcode, country)
• Phone number

Double-check your address to ensure accurate delivery. Tap "Continue to Shipping".

Choose a Shipping Method

Select your preferred delivery option. Estimated delivery times and applicable shipping fees are clearly shown for each option.

Once selected, tap "Continue to Payment".

Enter Payment Details

We accept the following secure payment methods:

Review & Place Your Order

Review your complete order summary before confirming:

• Items and quantities
• Delivery address and shipping method
• Total amount including applicable taxes

If everything is correct, tap "Place Order" to complete your purchase.

Order Confirmed!

Your order has been placed. You will immediately receive a confirmation email at the address you provided, containing:

• Your unique order number
• A full summary of items ordered
• Estimated delivery window

Track Your Delivery

Once your order is dispatched from our EU warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details.

Click the tracking link to follow your delivery in real time — all the way to your door.
